Approval workflows

Over 1,000 keys? Director sign-off. Under? Straight through.

The problem

Approvals stuck in inboxes cost you sales

When approval rules live in people's heads, risky requests get the same treatment as routine ones.

Waiting on a reply

Requests sit in someone's inbox while partners chase and deadlines slip past.

Every request treated the same

A 20-key top-up and a 20,000-key order go through the same manual check.

Who signed this off?

Approvals given in chat or email leave no reliable record when someone asks later.

How it works

Your approval policy, step by step

1

Request arrives

Raised in Alaska against the workflow.

2

Steps apply

Conditional steps switch on when they're needed.

3

Signatures collected

Each step waits for its minimum signatures.

4

Keys delivered

Approved keys are delivered, with every step recorded.

Inside Approval workflows

Approvals your finance team will love

Configurable workflows give you control without turning every request into a meeting.

Multi-step, multi-signature

Each step has its own approver group and a minimum number of signatures.

Conditional steps

Only require director sign-off when a request is over a set number of keys, for example.

Limits built in

Set limits per request and on total value, with company-level transaction limits as well.

Limits

Mandatory details

Require a justification, terms agreement and PO details where you need them.

Who can use each workflow

Restrict each workflow by company, group or individual. Colour-code and clone workflows for new launches.

Adjust during review

Approvers can adjust quantity or value during review, and upload keys at the point of approval.

A great key management solution.

“Alaska lets us securely manage, distribute and audit keys internally and externally across all platforms. Working with the K3YS team has allowed us to work smarter, streamline internal processes and facilitate demand for our product.”
